Sorry for being so quiet lately, I’ve been really busy with setting up new projects and charity tie-ups with various organisations that I’ve not had any time to update my blog yet. Here are some shots I took for my friend, Renu who runs Cakes, Cakes and More. She recently conducted a jelly making class for some students where she taught them to make jelly which resembles a cake. These jelly cakes were then adorned with various decorations such as leaves, sunflowers, lilies, frangipanis and roses among others. Hope you enjoy viewing these shots.
St Anne’s feast day is celebrated annually in Malaysia in mainly 2 locations, Bukit Mertajam (Penang) and Port Klang (Selangor). Thousands of pilgrims attend the 9-day novena which ends with a candle-light procession on the feast day to pay homage and give thanks to St Anne, the grandmother of Jesus.
As per previous years, I attended the novena & feast day celebration with my family in Port Klang this year. The atmosphere was truly amazing and the crowd was much larger than before. A truly spiritual experience for me indeed, here are some shots of the day.
