We visited CBeebies Land in Alton Towers, Staffordshire last week with the kids and here are some of the beautiful scenery shots which I captured while we were there. Below is a shot of the neo-gothic tower situation in the west wing of the castle.
It was a lovely and beautiful sunny day, hence I tried my level best to capture as many sunburst as I could, here’s the first one. This photograph was taken during the ‘In The Night Garden Magical Boat Ride’. The ride was having some problems since morning and was closed quite a lot, luckily we managed to get back into line when it was opened as it was not too busy.
Love the colours of the signpost through out CBeebies Land. There are lots of activities for the kids to do there and keep them entertained from meeting Characters, watching Ice Age 4D Experience movie, Interactive Shows, Live Entertainment, Rides, Attractions, Tree Fu Tom’s training camp to Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
Here’s another sunburst shot taken along one of the archways.
The beautiful autumn leaves complimented the child friendly buildings.
My last sunburst shot as we were leaving when the park closed which was nearly past 5 pm.
We were lucky to have beautiful weather on the day. I would definitely recommend heading there even if the entrace ticket prices are costly (as you pay the same fee to enter into Alton towers which includes all the rides as well as CBeebies land) and there is an added fee for parking as well. Cbeebies Land is definitely worth a visit, especially if your kids are the right age (mine were 5 and 2 years old) as its so magical for them seeing the characters in person. To save some money, I would recommend looking for discount coupons on cereal packets for cheaper entry ie adults go free for every paying child or booking tickets online. To get your money’s worth, head there first thing in the morning and spend the whole day there. Bring in a packed lunch with lots of snacks as there are ample picnic spots if the weather is good.
