November 7th, 2007I recently went to Cameron Highlands with my ex-colleagues. It was a fun trip as they have just expanded to roads and it was an easy drive up the hill. My only regret, the weather was not too cool as it was before. Here are some shots taken mainly at the Boh Tea Plantation.
Tioman Island
November 7th, 2007Tioman Island is located in the east coast of Malaysia and is easily accessible via the Mersing Jetty in the state of Johor. This was a refreshing trip I took with my family, I spent the whole evening with my Nikon trying to capture the sunset by the seaside instead of jumping into the pool (it was jelly fish season so the beach was out of the question). This was quite a sacrifice for me, but worth every click!

Raju & Yesothai's Engagement
November 7th, 2007This engagement shoot at home, in Batang Berjuntai. Its a nice scenic place there, more like the malaysian kampung (country side). Both the bride and groom were very shy as it was an arranged marriage. The weather was fine till I arrived at their home, but luckily it was an indoor event and the weather subsided later on. They were indeed surprised to find out that the photographer was female and kept calling me “photoman”.

November 7th, 2007I love taking photos, but sometimes its a challenge to shoot family functions as there is so much of buzz and family wanting to chat with me despite that fact that I am ‘working’. Nevertheless I always love to capture little moments such as this and am always honoured when I am asked to photograph such important moments.

Suresh & Preetha’s Dinner Party
November 7th, 2007Initially this was supposed to be a pool side party at KGASS, Shah Alam but due to the drastic weather. All the tables and chairs were re-routed to an indoor ballroom. It was so much fun shooting this party as the crowd was really sporting and having a blast. Most of them were also not camera shy.

Mano & Renu's Registration
November 7th, 2007Here are some shots of my close friends, Renu & Mano’s registration taken at a temple in Klang. It was lovely weather and the ceremony went on without a hitch!
Eugene's 50th Birthday
November 7th, 2007These photos was taken some time back for my cousin’s 50th birthday party at his house in Happy Gardens. It was an interesting night with live music played by both the old and new ‘Yellow Jackets’. The younger cousins were having a blast running around. There were about more than 50 plus people attending the party. A casual yet relaxed atmosphere.

November 7th, 2007Here are some photos taken during a corporate shoot I did for Mr Hariram who runs a law firm in KL. I loved the view from his office, his vast collection of books in his library and most of all the beautify art collection hanging on the walls. There’s just a nice cosy feeling to his office. Santini's 21st Birthday
November 5th, 2007I love 21st birthday parties, somehow it reminds me of mine. Santini’s party was held at the Klang Executive Club (KEC). I enjoyed taking photographs for her as it was a very informal party with a nice buffet spread. Good ambiance, music and lots of balloons ! I was also very familiar with KEC as I used to frequent the places.
I managed to take some nice photos of Santini by the poolside with the available daylight before the party started.
