Thursday, May 3rd, 2012

Here are some family shots I took recently of Bava and Venkat with their two boys, three year old Roopesh and six month old Pravanash. We chose Bukit Jalil Park as a location to get some shots of the little ones at play and some casual shots of the family as they spent some quality time together. Do enjoy viewing these images.

Suneha’s Family Portraits

Wednesday, April 18th, 2012

Here are some portrait shots of Suneha along with her mother, Mindy and grandma, Harjit which I took in Putrajaya. Before a shoot I discuss with the client about any particular theme, concept or ideas they would like included in the session. Sometimes clients have a specific pose that they want captured, such as the mother and daughter close-up shot that Mindy requested.

We were blessed with good weather for the shoot, not too sunny even though we started late in the morning that day. Suneha was quite the photogenic child, a little shy at first which is not unusual during a photo session, but she soon warmed up to me. Do enjoy viewing these photos and feel free to contact me if you would like your family portraits captured.

Here are some casual and lifestyle portrait photos of Philip, Linda and their family taken in a park in KL. This two hour photo session was well spent capturing a combination of individual shots and family portraits. Both boys, Sebastian and Shayne were just full of energy and came with their favourite sports gear and toys. Enjoy!

Milann’s 1st Birthday Celebration

Tuesday, January 3rd, 2012

I had the opportunity to photograph Milann’s 1st birthday party celebrate on 17th December 2011 at the Bukit Jalil Golf and Country Resort. This was a pool side party and was beautifully decorated with Milann’s favourite Sesame Street character, Elmo. Milann’s mum and dad, Yogan and Pugan, did a great job in organising a well themed, fun and entertaining party for their baby boy.

Do enjoy some sneak preview of these images.

Little Miss Sarah Portrait Session

Friday, November 4th, 2011

Introducing the bubbly two and a half year old Sarah. This little girl of mixed parentage (Chinese mum and Malay dad) was not only cute but full of expression and energy.

We started off our shoot outdoors on their garden patio but when the weather turned we decided to move indoors. Even so, there was plenty of good natural light coming through the windows so the photo session turned out great! I had a fun time photographing Sarah with her parents, grandparents and aunt at her home nearby Tropicana Golf and Country Resort. Little Sarah was acting all grown up and she even decided to choose what she was going to wear for the photography session. Don’t you agree that her choices are just beautiful?

Here are some sneak preview images, do enjoy these.

Megan’s Sweet 16th Birthday

Thursday, October 20th, 2011

Megan celebrated her sweet 16th birthday bash on 30th September at her home in Desapark City, Damansara. It was an intimate but beautiful ceremony attended by her very close friends and family. This pretty young lady was so poised during her portrait session before the party began. Her party theme was black & white, hence everything from the cake, dress, party balloon decorations as well as guests came in black & white attire.

I had a great time capturing photogenic Megan at her beautiful home. Here are some sneak preview images, more will be updated on my website later.

Sahanna Turns Three Years Old

Friday, October 14th, 2011

I photographed Sahanna’s outdoor family portrait session for her 3rd birthday at a park near her home at TTDI near Mines Resort, Cheras. It was a beautiful and sunny morning and just like the weather, Sahanna had a bubbly personality and was full of energy. Choosing the photos for my blog was tough as there are so many wonderful shots of cute little Sahanna – she is certainly fun and full of expression.

Did you know that the name Sahanna means musical scale (ragam) in Carnatic music? I’m sure Sahanna will produce beautiful melodies when she grows up as she already loves music at this tender age. Thank you Mohan and KalaiSelvi for the opportunity to be able to capture your little angel, I had such a blast. Happy 5th Anniversary to you both!

Russian Family Portrait at KLCC

Friday, September 23rd, 2011

This is the first time I’ve taken a portrait session with a Russian family, so I was pleased to have the opportunity to photograph them. We decided on a suitable location which was at KLCC park in Jalan Ampang, KL. The family members were accommodating and easy to work with, which always makes a photographer’s job that much easier.

Of course, kids being kids they were wanting to run around and play to their hearts content, resulting in some lovely photos of them and their personality. As you can see from the following photos, this is a beautiful family indeed.

Family Portrait Photographs

Monday, September 19th, 2011

I recently took a portrait shoot for some relatives of mine as my aunt has been wanting to get a family portrait done for quite some time. Getting the family together is not such an easy task when everyone is often busy with work, college and traveling and so on. It was a perfect opportunity when my cousins all met up from near and far for a short break.

After we completed the more traditional portrait shots, my cousins suggested taking some more casual family shots at a nearby graffiti wall. It was a good shoot and thoroughly enjoyable, especially as the family are open minded, easy going and quite relaxed in front of the camera. Here are some of those shots, hope you enjoy viewing them!
